I really appreciate your work, but unfortunately your application won’t work for me. It just starts bouncing up and down until I have to force quit. I am using Mac OS X 10.11.4 and CC2015.

I really appreciate your efforts, but your program doesn’t actually recognize my adobe programs, i have clean installed illustrator and photoshop cc 2015.2
Please contact our support and you’ll be helped! Sometimes there are problems with permissions for the Photoshop/Illustrator on your computer that are easy to resolve.
