The customer service sucks. I paid for it September 9th 2016, back then i read some where that all updates are free. Now i guess we have to pay for updates, that’s just wrong. All they want is your money, after adobe does there updates MagicPicker will have to do the same. When it first happened They told me to uninstall and the reinstall, I wasn’t going through that. I feel they should not be apart of the adobe family
Very sorry about your experience! The updates to our panels are free for all minor updates within major version. So for example if you have v5.0 the v5.1, 5.2 etc will be free. Also please note that we provide huge discounts during 1-2 first weeks of every update. Please stay tuned to our news.
